We send books from Plot 4 Colville Street, Kampala, to 14 towns at a set fee, and further on request. Or collect them from the shop for free.

What delivery costs
One fee per order, whatever the number of books. Checkout works it out from the area you choose, so the price you see there is the price you pay.

Choose your area at checkout and the order is placed at the price of the books alone. We then ask the courier for the price to your address, call or WhatsApp you with it, and send the books once you agree. You pay that charge separately.
Collect from the shop, free
Choose collection at checkout and there is no delivery fee at all. We message you when the order is ready at the counter.
Collecting at the counter
The shop is at Plot 4 Colville Street, Kampala, opposite Christ the King Church. Collection suits anyone who works in town, and lets you look along the shelves while you are here.

You place the order
Choose delivery or collection at checkout. You do not need an account, and the delivery fee is shown before you pay.

Payment is confirmed
Once the payment provider tells us the money has arrived, we email you and your books are set aside.

We pack it
Books are wrapped to travel. If you asked for gift wrap in the note at checkout, we wrap it and add your message by hand.

It leaves the shop
We hand the parcel to the courier, or tell you it is ready at the counter. Your order page and emails follow each step.

Every book is wrapped in protective packaging so it arrives as it left the shelf.
Gift wrap, free
Ask in the note at checkout and we wrap the books and write your message on a card by hand.
Paying
Card, MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money through our payment provider, or settle with us on WhatsApp. Payment on arrival is not offered.
School lists and big orders
Send the whole list and it comes as one order with one delivery fee. Send a school list.

Buying for a group? Tell us what you need and where it goes, and we will come back with a price. Contact us.
If something is wrong
A damaged book or the wrong title? Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Returns.
Delivery questions
How long will delivery take?
We do not quote a delivery time, because the courier does not give us one. We tell you when your order is handed over, and you can follow it on the order tracking page.
My town is not on the list. Can you still deliver?
Usually, yes. Place the order and choose your area, or message us first. We ask the courier for the price to your address and confirm it with you before anything is sent. That charge is paid separately from the books.
Does free delivery apply outside Kampala?
No. Free delivery is for orders of UGX 100,000 or more within Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono and Entebbe. Other towns pay the fee for their area, once per order.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Send them with the order number from your confirmation email, and tell us their name on WhatsApp so the counter expects them.
Can I send books to someone as a gift?
Yes. Enter their name, phone number and address at checkout, and write in the note that it is a gift and what the card should say. Gift wrap is free.
Can I pay when the books arrive?
Not at the moment. Pay at checkout by card or Mobile Money, or place the order and settle it with us on WhatsApp before we send it.
