Martyrs and Unknown Christian Witnesses

In this historical work, Agapitus Hector Businge documents the testimonies and sacrifices of Christian believers within Hoima Diocese and beyond. While many Christians across Uganda are familiar with the prominent accounts of the Uganda Martyrs, this volume sheds light on lesser-known witnesses who stood firm in their faith.

Drawing upon regional church records and Christian history, the book serves as an important resource for readers seeking a deeper understanding of the growth of the faith in western Uganda. It provides valuable context for the local church, preserving accounts of dedication and sacrifice that helped shape the religious landscape of the region.

This volume will be of great interest to clergy, catechists, church study groups, and any reader interested in Ugandan ecclesiastical history and the legacy of Christian witness.
