Honey & Spice

At Whitewell University, sharp-witted student Kiki Banjo hosts a hit radio programme, Brown Sugar, dedicated to helping fellow young women steer clear of heartbreak, players and confusing romances. Known for keeping her own emotions carefully guarded, Kiki finds her trusted reputation in sudden danger after a very public kiss with Malakai Korede—the very newcomer she has only just warned her audience against.

To rescue their public images and keep their ambitions on course, Kiki and Malakai agree to stage a pretend relationship. Yet as required study dates and quiet late-night conversations bring them closer together, the spark between them becomes impossible to ignore. Kiki is forced to reconsider her protective rules and decide whether she is prepared to risk genuine affection.

Bolu Babalola delivers a vibrant, witty story set against student campus life, celebrating modern relationships, friendship and community.
