Book of Common Worship

The Book of Common Worship provides the provisional rites authorised for liturgical services across the Church of the Province of Uganda. It brings together official English liturgies and prayers formulated to guide regular congregational worship, sacramental rites, and shared church life.

Designed for clergy, lay readers, service leaders, and congregants, this edition serves as a practical liturgical handbook for Anglican parishes and fellowships across the country. It contains essential forms of service necessary for planning and participating in reverent communal prayer and worship within the province.
